Is the free trial actually free?

Yes! The free trial lasts for 2-weeks or 200 call counts. There is no payment information required at the time of sign up. While you’ll have opportunities to submit your billing information throughout the trial, if there is no credit card in our system at the end of your trial period, the service will simply shut off and you will not be charged anything.

Are there any contracts?

No. Our service offers month to month billing so you’re not tied into any long term contracts. We believe that an answering service is only as good as it’s last call. We keep our clients because they are happy, not because they are obligated.

Who will my calls be answered by?

A Caregiver’s agent will answer your calls 24/7/365. From emergency calls, new clients, employee call outs, and irate call handling, our operators have seen it all. Like you, our agents know this industry inside and out.

Can I forward more than one number to you?

How you choose to forward is totally up to you, and that includes how many numbers you wish to route to our answering service. Feel free to forward one or 100 different numbers to the forwarding number we provide.

Are you HIPAA compliant?

Yes! Our service is 100% HIPAA HITECH compliant. We follow internal protocols to ensure that your patients, and your agency are protected. Our agents can call, patch or fax your calls as well as provide you and your staff with a fully secured encrypted text messaging option. No app or portal is needed to securely receive your messages while still being HIPAA compliant.

Can you text my messages? Email?

Yes. We are able to text your messages through our encrypted text messaging platform. This makes receiving a secure HIPAA compliant message as easy as getting a text. For emailed messages, we can send them as password protected .PDF attachments.

What is the cancellation policy?

You can cancel your service at any time.

Do you charge per minute or per call?

Our charges are based on the amount of inbound and outbound units. You are not charged additional for lengthy calls. Per call billing in most cases is 20% less than per minute billing.

Am I billed monthly or every 4 weeks?

Monthly. We bill on the first of every calendar month. This bill will include the next month’s base rate, as well as any overage charges you may have accrued from the previous month.

Can I change my plan any time?

Yes! We will always work with you to find the most cost effective plan for your agency.
